Dr. Ashraf El Hagoug Jumaa, the Palestinian-Bulgarian doctor who was recently released after being jailed for 8 years in Libya for allegedly contaminating children with the AIDS virus, is planning to file an official complaint with the UN against Libya. He says his Libyan jailers put him through the most inhumane torture for a year - they knocked out five of his teeth, forced him to eat his own vomit, used dogs to rape him and threatened to rape his sisters in his presence (among other things) if he didn't confess to a crime he didn't commit.
