The ADL, various Dutch MPs and special interest groups all tried but failed to stop Fascist Dictator Geert Wilders from giving his 9/11 speech at Ground Zero

In an interview with Dutch newspaper NRC Handelsblad, Anti-Defamation League spokesperson Oren Segal said:

"In our opinion it would be in very bad taste if someone with Wilders' reputation comes to speak in New York to spread his message of intolerance and hatred, especially on September 11.

Mr Segal also said that "it's a flagrant violation of freedom of religion, which is one of the founding principles of this country, and the "Stop the Islamization of America" organization that invited Wilders to speak is misusing concerns about Muslim extremism to spread more intolerance".

Meanwhile, Geert Wilders still insists that his Gound Zero show must go on and has also added an interview with David Letterman to his NY 9/11 itinerary.

And in Dutch news today all the buzz is about "Wilders the Movie", a VPRO documentary about Geert Wilders' life, which originally included an anonymous source sharing rumors about Wilders' sex-life and frequent use of prostitutes, but the segment was forced to be edited out before the show airs in Holland on Sunday September 12th.

Also today, Geert Wilders was officially notified that he's expected to stand trial for incitement to hatred and hate speech charges on October 4, 6, 8, 12, 15 and 19, after which the verdict will be announced on November 2, which also happens to be the Anniversary of Theo van Gogh's murder by Muslim extremist Mohamed Bouyeri.  Needless to say, Wilders is not too happy about this and he's already complaining about an "unfair trial", because he was only granted 3 witnesses by the court, instead of 18 witnesses and experts as he requested.

I'm afraid this is not going to end well, no matter how you look at it.  It's going to get plain old ugly before it gets any better, simply because Geert Wilders serves a higher purpose (.....fill in the dots) that seems to be beyond the reach of any democratic process.  But who knows, maybe the justice system will prevail.

The fact still remains that Geert Wilders is not only the fascist leader of the Dutch Freedom Party, but also its sole member - who is bent on driving his self-made fascist apparatus on pure hatred and chauvinistic intolerance towards immigrants, especially Moroccans and Muslims.  He insists on retaining absolute dictatorial control and continues to call all the shots, despite persistent pressure from his following, asking him to allow others to become members of his party as well, as it is standard practice in the democratic process.
